Placing An Order

Please note that we only deal with customers within Australia and New Zealand. We do not ship to any other countries.

Registering for the site

Whilst we have the facility to checkout your order as a Guest, we prefer for you to register.

The main reason for this is that it is far easier for both the customer and ourselves to monitor an order and keep track of its progress.

Registered users can choose to receive emails from us advising of specials, new products or any promotions that we may have. They are also eligible to receive Rewards Points on items purchased which can be redeemed on a future order that they may decide to place with us.

You can register at any stage during your visit, whether it is before, during or after selecting the items you wish to order. You will be prompted during the Checkout process to either complete the order as a Guest, Log In or Register.

Adding items to the Shopping Cart

Simply browse through the website and when you see an item you’d like to purchase, alter the quantity, choose any options you’d like and then click on the “Add to Cart” button. A message will pop up confirming that this item has been added to your cart.

If you wish to order more than one type of an item (ie Classic Dimpletop buttons in different colours), just alter the quantity and options as required then again click on the “Add to Cart” button. Repeat as necessary.

Viewing the Shopping Cart

At the very top of every page is a Shopping Cart link, which indicates the number of items in the cart and their total cost. Click on it to see a detailed view of the Shopping Cart. You can make changes there if required.

Completing your order

Once you have added everything to the cart that you wish to purchase, go to the Checkout and follow the instructions provided.

There are several steps involved, including relevant options for payment and delivery, which you’ll need to complete. The process differs depending on the Payment Option chosen, so just follow the prompts provided on screen to submit your order.

Afterwards you will receive an email containing all your order details, which you should keep for your own records.
