Below is information on how our Ordering, Delivery and Payment process works, for customers both within or outside Australia.
Please note that for all Parts orders, postage/delivery is calculated and indicated on the Shopping Cart Page. For postage costs on Super Single or Ultimate joystick consoles, scroll to the bottom of this page to see how much delivery will cost to your area. Australian Customers
Paying for your order
You have several options for payment/delivery on the Shopping Cart page, as follows:
Direct Deposit - We will provide you with banking details so you can make payment directly into our bank account. This can be done either "over the counter" at any NAB branch, or via Internet Banking.
PayPal - You will be provided with information advising how to log onto PayPal and make payment directly to our account. A 3% surcharge applies to orders paid for via PayPal, to cover transaction fees.
COD - Payment is made at the Post Office outlet at which your package is being held. They then send us a Money Order. We DO NOT include postage charges in the total payable for COD orders, however we do charge a $2.00 Handling Fee that shows up as "Postage" in the Shopping Cart. When you pick up your order from the Post Office they will also charge you a COD Fee and Postage in addition to the total order cost.
Delivery
Once your payment is received, we will email you to advise that your order is being dispatched, along with any other relevant information.
We use Australia Post for delivery of all parts orders and find them to be very safe, efficient and inexpensive.
Direct Deposit and PayPal orders - Delivery will be via Express Post using a prepaid satchel. The package usually arrives next day, however areas outside suburban capital cities or large "satellite" cities may take longer. Some heavy or bulky orders may not fit into a satchel, so these will be sent via normal Parcel Post which may take a little longer. Also, if the package is too large to fit in your letterbox and/or no-one is at the address, a delivery advice card will be left advising which Post Office it can be collected from.
COD orders - You will receive a card in your letterbox advising that you have a package at your local post office for collection. Take the card and some ID to the Post Office, pay for the total amount and that's it. Please note that we charge a $2.00 Handling Fee on COD orders to cover packaging costs. The COD Fee and Postage charges are ADDITIONAL to the purchase cost of your order.
International Customers
Paying for your order
At present we only accept payment via PayPal for International orders.
PayPal - You will be provided with information advising how to log onto PayPal and make payment directly to our account. A 3% surcharge applies to orders paid for via PayPal, to cover transaction fees.
Delivery
Once your payment is received, we will email you to advise that your order is being dispatched, along with any other relevant information.
Delivery will then be made at our earliest opportunity via Australia Post, using their Air Mail parcel service. Please let us know if you have any specific delivery instructions to ensure your order reaches you in the most efficient manner possible.
Most packages take 7 - 10 days to arrive via Air Mail, however this may depend on how quickly your local authorities process the package.
