Delivery & Refund Policy
The website www.ozstick.com.au is owned and operated by OzStick Pty Ltd. All products listed on www.ozstick.com.au are described to the best of our abilities and the specifications reflect the information that has been provided to us. All care is taken to ensure this information is correct, but we cannot eliminate the possibility of human error.
In particular, actual product colours may differ slightly to those depicted on our site due to several factors – please take that into account when viewing our product pictures and enquire with us if you require specific colouring.
The description of our products is the copyright property of OzStick, and specifically you may not use that description as the description of the product should you choose to re-sell the items elsewhere. This includes all product information, images and specifications where applicable.
All orders are prepaid and all prices quoted are in Australian dollars. Please note that we DO NOT store your credit card number on our servers.
The cost of shipping is clearly indicated for each order in the Checkout process ordered, and is included in the invoice total. Orders are generally processed and posted in two to three working days of receiving payment.
We use Australia Post to deliver your products. For International orders, Air Mail is used so your package will usually be handled by your local postal service. Whilst over time this has proven to be very reliable, the reality is that errors may occur. In the event of delivery errors, OzStick will use all its efforts to ensure you receive your goods, receive a replacement or are refunded your purchase price.
Where applicable, the warranty offered for the products sold by us are the manufacturer’s warranty. Where the manufacturer does not express a warranty, we offer a 90 day warranty for products.
The warranty is limited to replacement of the item or refund of the purchase price, to be determined by us.
Limitation Of Liabilities
Under no circumstances will OzStick be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or other damages resulting from any product purchased from us beyond the value of the item purchased, including, without limitation, any lost profits, business interruption, or loss of programs or information. We reserve the right to change any specification, design, model and or other information without notice.
Sale & Order Policy
Payment should be made as soon as practical after placing an order and items are not reserved until full payment has been made.
Product Availability and Pricing
While we always try to ensure our pricing is accurate, sometimes glitches occur with our system which are out of our control. We reserve the right to remove any item from sale, revoke any item from an order (providing a full refund to affected customers) which may have been sold in error, or adjust the price of items at any time where we deem the pricing of the product is in error. If this occurs we will always contact affected customers to offer a full cancellation of the entire order before continuing.
Out of Stock Items
Items which are out of stock are indicated as such on the website. Such items can still be ordered, however this will create an unavoidable delay as we will need to hold your order until the affected item(s) are restocked. We may decide to backorder the affected items and dispatch the remainder of your order, which shall be assessed on a “per order” basis. This is done at our sole discretion.
Customers are able to cancel their orders without recourse providing payment has not been made and/or the order hasn’t already been shipped. Cancellations can be requested by emailing info@OzStick.com.au. If cancellation occurs outside of this, we will treat this as a change of mind and may charge a restocking fee.
Returning Defective Merchandise
We are proud of our products and guarantee all our products as being as advertised. We will make every attempt to either replace (subject to stock availability) or refund you for any defective item, provided that:
- the return is pre-arranged with OzStick. This can be done by e-mailing info@OzStick.com.au
- the product is not defective as a result of misuse, improper installation, connection to the wrong voltage or other abuse or misuse.
Should there be any problems with defective product, please contact us first. All returns must be pre-arranged by emailing info@OzStick.com.au.
Returning Non-defective Merchandise
Please carefully check the suitability and compatibility of the products with your requirements prior to purchasing. Should you wish to obtain a refund for a non-defective product we may do so (at our discretion) on the following conditions:
- the return is pre-arranged with OzStick. This can be done by e-mailing info@OzStick.com.au;
- the product must be returned to us at your expense with proof of purchase within 14 days of the date of purchase;
- the product must be unused and in it original condition (and enclosed in its original retail packaging where relevant); and
- we will not under any circumstances refund the cost of shipping the product to you.

OzStick may revise these terms at any time. Use of this website is subject to the revised terms.
